Managing Partner Mike has spent his entire career in sales, marketing, and business development. He has owned, operated, and divested his interest in two successful manufacturing companies in two different markets. Mike enjoys peer-to-peer learning and was a member of Vistage International CEO group from 2009--2012 then later earned his executive MBA from Penn State University (Smeal) in 2013. Most recently, Mike helped rebrand one of the Philadelphia region's most respected non-profit organizations. Mike started FLB Services to pursue his love for new challenges, to provide real value fellow small businesses, and to continue to learn from his clients in the process.
